ABOUT VALUE ADDED TAX
Lancelot Flight Service is a company resident in Spain, so we must charge the Spanish VAT (IVA) at a rate of 18% for all services supplied to companies and individuals resident within the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands.
Companies resident in other countries of the European Union are not subject to this tax provided they supply us with their VAT number. However, individual persons without business activity who have not been asigned this number must be taxed.
Both companies and individuals resident outside the European Union, as well as residents in Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, are exempt of Spanish VAT.
Our very valued price scheme is unique in the industry. Even though we offer an operations department service 24/7 365 days per year as your own, charges are only made per flight. This means that when your aircraft enter maintenance, or during reduced workload periods, your operation costs will be reduced accordingly.
Given the diversity of different companies' needs, we always adapt our prices to the different scenarios, but as a matter of reference, our average price, providing full operations service, is around 60 Euros per flight.
THERE IS NO MINIMUN CHARGE, therefore if you don't fly, you don't pay!.
